A Special Meeting of the Town of Wilson Town Board was held Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Town Hall.

 The following people were present:

Supervisor        Joseph Jastrzemski

Councilmen      Melinda Major Holloway

                        Thomas Thompson

                        James Muscoreil

                        Brad Clark

 Mr. Jastrzemski explained the reason for the meeting was to discuss a proposal from Building  Controls to do a complete evaluation of the heating and cooling system at the Town Hall at a cost not to exceed one thousand nine hundred fifty dollars ($1,950.00).

 Following discussion a motion was made by Mr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Thompson and unanimously carried, approving  the BCS  proposal as presented.  Copy attached to these minutes. 

Marge Clark, Wilson Free Library Director, Board President  Pat Kelehan and Trustee Deborah Carter  were present and  addressed  the Board about the decrease in funding for the library  in this year’s budget. 

Mr. Jastrzemski explained the state of the Town’s finances and the work being done by Barry and Barry Accounting Services to give us a better picture of the town’s financial situation.  This subject will be discussed at the next Workshop Meeting. 

The Board discussed the death of Barbara Mosher, longtime member of the Greenwood Cemetery Advisor Committee and wife of past Town Supervisor Harold Mosher. 

A motion was made by Mrs. Holloway, seconded by Mr. Jastrzemski and unanimously carried, a donation of $50.00 be made to the Wilson Free Library in Mrs. Mosher’s memory. 

A motion was made by Mr. Clark, seconded by Mrs. Holloway and unanimously carried, the meeting be adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
